Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor Opportunity

Are you an experienced and dynamic professional in warehouse and logistics management? We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving parts distribution centre as a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor.
What's on offer?
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 basic + £4,000 performance bonus.
- Work-Life Balance:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- One Saturday morning in every eight weeks. When you work a Saturday, enjoy the following Friday afternoon off!
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth daily operations within the warehouse.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and stock control processes.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
