- Performing routine maintenance, fault finding, problem-solving, and minor repairs to minimise downtime.
- Completing maintenance logs and schedules accurately and promptly.
- Coordinating with external contractors and ensuring adequate supplies of spare parts.
- Conducting regular health and safety checks and inspections, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Handling minor mechanical and electrical repairs related to buildings and utilities.
- Ensuring adherence to quality procedures, such as the calibration of measuring equipment.
- Communicating process changes and reporting major breakdowns or significant issues to relevant personnel.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to clarify technical details and resolve problems.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, with both mechanical and electrical expertise.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment, adept at machinery repairs, fault finding, and problem-solving.
