My client based in Huddersfield is looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager. You will be comfortable working within a fast paced volume production environment. You will be managing 40+ people per shift and need to have previous experience, and be confident leading a team to meet performance targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background with lean experience. Continuous improvement experience would be also be advantageous. The successful Production Manager will come from a high volume manufacturing background with skilled or semi-skilled workforce (Plastic, Glass, and Food etc)
