Based - Huddersfield

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm 1 in 4 Saturday's

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling deposit disputes via the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) - experience in this process is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants via email and phone to resolve any issues.
  • Processing invoices and updating the system accordingly ensuing accuracy.
  • Managing day-to-day enquiries, booking property viewings, and supporting the inspection process.
  • Coordinating tenant appointments, diary management, uploading inspection reports, and liaising with landlords.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lettings or property repairs management.
  • Outgoing personality with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong and assertive communication style.
  • Great work ethic, punctual and reliable.
  • Focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest professional standards at all
