Branch Administrator (Including Social Media) 

Permanent

Skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield – commutable from Wakefield, Huddersfield and Barnsley  

£25,000  

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Our reputable housing agency client are currently looking for a vibrant and welcoming receptionist/Administrator to join their team.  The role will be responsible for Reception Duties as well as assisting the branch with administrative duties  

Main Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator 

  • Receptionist Duties: Including answering the branch telephone with high levels of customer service
  • Welcoming visitors into the branch
  • Providing administrative support to the branch for Appointment setting and property listings
  • Advertising properties via Social media and marketing platforms
  • Further administrative duties when requested for support by the team

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous experience within a receptionist/Administrative role is ideal
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • High levels of customer service
