Day-to-Day of the Role- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in their learning and development.
- Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one support to pupils as needed.
- Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Encouraging and promoting positive behaviour.
- Experience working with children with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and a proactive approach to supporting children with special needs.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- A commitment to going above and beyond to support pupils’ needs.
