An established and specialist engineering firm, who design, manufacture, install and maintain their equipment around the UK, are now keen to appoint a Skilled & Qualified Welder Fabricator.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be required to assist an experienced and highly skilled team, in the building of machines from plate to unit. This is an interesting and varied role.

ESSENTIAL TO APPLY

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Qualified or time-served in welding to BS EN ISO 9606-1-2017 standards.
  • Experience in MIG and/or TIG welding.
  • Worked with stainless and mild steel fabrications (3-15mm).
  • Comfortable working to tight tolerances.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fabrication, welding, and assembly.
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill.
