We require 3 x qualified Social Workers to complete Care Act complient Assessments, complex Mental Capacity and Best Interest Decision making in the acute Hospital settings.
Candidates will need to have access to transport as we require 1 SW to work within the Scarborough, North Yorkshire Hospital and 2 within the Hull Royal Infirmary sites.
We require an excellent level of recording skills with clear consise decision making that can be reflected on finacial panel papers.
Time management is essential as all Hospital sites are busy with a continuous flow meaning priority of casework is a must.
Experiance of muti agency working would be an advantage along with an understanding of the continuing Health Care criteria and DST checklists.
Required to work Monday-Friday ,37 hours per week.
Flexiblity around home working but the expectation is to visit Hospitals to complete Assessments and us Hull Royal as a base (x2).
