- Responsible for Management Accounts, Treasury and Purchase Ledger functions
- Manage, support and coach the team, including weekly review meetings         Â
- Co-ordinate month and year end timetables
- Review and confirm divisional management accounts including commentaries and finance packs
- Responsible for month end consolidated group reporting pack
- Oversee balance sheet reviews and ensure issues are resolved
- Assist with M&A integrations
- Ad-hoc reporting and reporting pack
- Oversee payments / escalations
- Leading in process improvement initiatives including internal controls
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Sound background in a similar FC role with strong team management skills
- Shows dedication and accountability
- Ability to set deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail and managing expectations
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate well and build strong and collaborative relationships
- Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
- Strong excel skills and confidence with data manipulation and large, complex data sets
