Reed are supporting a dynamic and growing company based in Hull, seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant  experience to join their finance team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance 
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, suppliers etc
  • Assist with general accounting duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, preferably within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CIS regulations and procedures is desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
