Sales and Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Excellence: Maintain high standards in the service process to build trust and confidence with customers.
  • Efficient Administration: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, both electronically and on paper.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, preparing and modifying documents including reports, quotes, templates, and emails. Respond to website enquiries promptly.
  • Support: Assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service department.
  • Sage System Knowledge: Utilise your knowledge of the Sage system to enhance service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure positive customer satisfaction indicators and send satisfaction forms to clients where necessary (ISO).
  • Customer Skills: Develop skills and understanding of the CRM system.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and book servicing and callouts, including subcontractors, and complete all related paperwork.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Service Manager on the Service Engineers scheduling.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties deemed relevant to the position.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Commercially Astute: Demonstrate a competitive and commercially awareness.
  • Proactive: Confident and proactive in your work.
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • CRM Expertise: Experienced in building and operating a CRM system.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative: Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Process Improvement: Confident in developing, maintaining, and improving administrative processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office and Sage.
  • Literacy & Numeracy: Literate and numerate.
  • Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in your work.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with a great work ethic.
