Are you looking for your next career move in Legal Cashiering?Want to work for an award-winning firm?My client based in Hull are recruiting for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their growing and adaptable firm on a Part Time basis. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail with an enthusiastic approach.Duties of Part Time Legal Cashier:

  • Allocate bank receipts and manage CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments
  • Process financial transactions and perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations for accounts and control balances
  • Generate and analyse client balance and disbursement reports, resolving discrepancies
  • Handle employee expenses, cheque processing, and daily banking of cash/cheques
  • Manage purchase invoices, ensuring approval and timely payment
  • Archive files, process Legal Aid funds, and handle court statements
  • Report and record breaches of SRA Accounts Rules
  • Address client interest on held funds as per regulations
  • Support company mission and values in all tasks
