Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a temporary opportunity? We have an exciting role for you! Join our client's team as a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a period of 2 weeks, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase ledger function efficiently and accurately
  • Process supplier invoices and payments, ensuring correct coding and authorisation
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end procedures and ad-hoc financial tasks as required
  • Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchase ledger is essential for this role
  • Excellent understanding of purchase ledger processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
