Do you hold Electrical or Renewable wholesale knowledge with experience managing the daily operations of a branch? This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Renewable Energy Wholesaler who are on a mission to become the largest Solar PV and Renewable Energy supplier in the UK. This growing wholesaler are experts in supplying premium renewable energy products and systems. They work with a variety of clients across the UK on both a domestic and commercial scale. They hold over 7 year's experience within their field, have expanded across 4 offices and continue to build on this rapid growth. Due to internal promotions within the business, they're now seeking an experienced Branch Manager with an electrical / renewable energy wholesale background to join and manage the team.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial and commercial aspects of the Hull branch. You will recruit, lead and mentor the team to drive sales and implement strategies for sustained growth. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers and partners across the sector, while identifying new business opportunities in the local market.

This role would suit an experienced Branch Manager (or similar position) who comes from an electrical / renewable energy wholesale background, looking to transition over to a business that encourages development and progression opportunities. You should be a driven and organised individual who enjoys the challenges that may come with assisting the growth of a rapidly expanding company who are extremely ambitious.

The Role:

• Oversee the operational, financial and commercials aspects of the branch.
• 40 hour working week (Monday - Friday).
• Motivated and friendly team culture.

The Person:

• Holds electrical / renewable energy wholesale knowledge and experience.
• Previous experience as a branch manager or similar position.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills - ability to motivate a team.
• Able to commute Monday - Friday to Hull branch.
