- Identify customer needs and drive aftermarket sales by offering tailored solutions.
- Meet sales, revenue, and gross margin targets for aftermarket revenue streams.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, ensuring effective forecasting, planning, and purchasing processes.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align project specifications with client requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Engage with EMEA customers; an additional language would be beneficial.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to finalise contracts.
- Assist in forecasting and strategic planning.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
- At least five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
- Understanding of technical drawings and mechanical processes.
- Fluency in English; additional European or Asian languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally, up to 50% of the year.
- Experience using a recognised CRM system.Â
