- Develop and lead a localised marketing strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines and divisional objectives.
- Engage with commercial and technical teams to co-create strategy that reflects market needs, customer insight, and business development goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns, both Digital and Traditional ensuring lead generation.
- Manage agency relationships and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activity.
- Act as the local CRM champion (Salesforce experience a bonus),
- Accurately track performance and report results
- Leverage market research and competitor analysis to shape content and messaging strategy.
- Maintain brand integrity and ensure all activity aligns with guidelines and compliance standards.
- Stay current on emerging trends in digital and B2B marketing, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve performance.

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a senior marketing role.
- Strong B2B experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction or a technical/industrial setting.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience Coordinating external agencies
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently but ensure visibility to the wider stakeholder pool.
