Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Research and target key construction companies and stakeholders who would benefit from the software.
- Identify where the software can add value, aligning with customer goals.
- Build lasting relationships, understanding the unique challenges of each client.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to strategically position our product.
- Track all leads and client interactions in the CRM, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
- Preferably with a proven track record.
- Experience selling a SaaS product is essential.
- Familiarity with the construction sector is a plus.
- Ability to learn software functionalities quickly and explain them in simple terms.
- Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to listen to client needs and offer tailored software solutions.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
