Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Territory Sales Manager you will perform the following duties:
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customer premises to foster and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This involves worldwide travel.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue current and future business opportunities with both existing and potential customers within your sales area.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with other companies within the group to explore and develop synergistic business opportunities.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and processes to provide informed solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Provide timely and detailed feedback through a visit report system to inform strategic decision-making.
- Sales Processing: Efficiently handle enquiries and process sales orders for both contracts and parts sales, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Quotation and Order Management: Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding quotations and orders, providing exceptional service and support.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to relay accurate information and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Team Contribution: Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategies.
- Forecasting: Provide precise information to assist with sales forecasting and target setting.
- Proven substantial experience in an international sales role with a strong track record of achieving targets and be willing to travel overseas approx 1 week in 4.
- Ability and willingness to travel independently, including overseas trips.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
