The Role- Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business inquiries
- Use Acturis daily to process policies and manage client records efficiently
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
- Build strong client relationships, providing expert advice and a high level of service
- Experienced Commercial Account Handler with knowledge of SME insurance policies
- Strong proficiency in Acturis
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working (1 day from home)
