- Capital Project Management: Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects, including forecasting, reporting on spend, and overseeing end-to-end project management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to UK legislation and EH&S policies, prioritizing the health and safety of all team members.
- Performance Measurement: Implement effective KPIs to monitor and enhance maintenance system performance (e.g., % of reactive vs. planned maintenance).
- Best Practices: Promote and embed best practices across all engineering disciplines.
- Team Leadership: Provide dynamic leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline (or minimum NVQ Level 5).
- Professional Experience: Proven background in manufacturing and Maintenance environments.
- Leadership Skills: Strong experience in managing engineering teams, with the ability to inspire and build positive relationships across departments.
