Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will have your own caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process.
You will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a variety of queries whilst chasing up documentation and details for the file to progress the case.
The role will also be corresponding and working closely with banks and other third parties to ensure a smooth process and the highest level of service for the customer.
