Job Summary:
We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the East Yorkshire region.
- As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers by advising on products.
Main Duties:
- Provide technical advice on product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Investigate and manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the key internal stakeholders to improve products and services.
- Follow up on technical enquiries to ensure they convert into sales.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and determine the root cause of coating failures.
Person Specification:
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
