Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be working within a regulated environment and will have your own caseload of customers to look after that are going through the remortgage process.

On a daily basis you will handle a high volume of calls chase up documentation and details required for the clients file and administrative duties as part of the process.

You will also liaise with third parties such as banks and other financial services to ensure a smooth and quick process and a high level of client care is provided.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail/hospitality and care

Passionate about delivering the best experience

Able to work under pressure in a high volume busy environment

Good attention to detail and organisation

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

A good team player
