If so, we want to speak to YOU about our fantastic In-bound Customer Service opportunity in the heart of Hull! This will initially be a temporary role for 2/3 months and once you have proven your ability you will be considered for a permanent role!

What You'll Do:

As a crucial member of the on-demand team, you will:

Be the friendly voice on the phone! Answer inbound calls swiftly while maintaining a professional demeanour.Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, logging information accurately.Build exceptional relationships with our customers, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.Fulfil bookings promptly and cost-effectively.Support the bookings coordinators with last-minute requests.Keep the systems updated with all relevant information, ensuring a smooth service delivery and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelinesStay proactive and efficient in completing daily tasks and any additional duties as needed.

Working Hours:

Your shifts will be scheduled between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, it will be an 7 hour shift + 1 hour for lunch.
