Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Hull City CentreContract Type: Temporary, initially for 2-3 months and may go permanent for the right candidateWorking Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week between 8am-6pm (7 hour shift + 1 hour lunch) would also consider someone on a part time basis (hours to be discussed)
Pay: £12.39 per hour

If so, we want to speak to YOU about our fantastic In-bound Customer Service opportunity in the heart of Hull! This will initially be a temporary role for 2/3 months and once you have proven your ability you will be considered for a permanent role!
What You'll Do:
As a crucial member of the on-demand team, you will:
Be the friendly voice on the phone! Answer inbound calls swiftly while maintaining a professional demeanour.Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, logging information accurately.Build exceptional relationships with our customers, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.Fulfil bookings promptly and cost-effectively.Support the bookings coordinators with last-minute requests.Keep the systems updated with all relevant information, ensuring a smooth service delivery and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelinesStay proactive and efficient in completing daily tasks and any additional duties as needed.

A passion for customer service with a can-do attitude!Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Confident using IT systems and the ability to learn new systems and skills at a fast paceExcellent time management abilities and flexibility in adapting to changing demands.Teamwork spirit and the ability to solve problems efficiently.A calm and collected demeanour and someone who thrives in a busy role.
Working Hours:
Your shifts will be scheduled between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, it will be an 7 hour shift + 1 hour for lunch.
