Responsibilities:

As an EN- Decommissioning Operative, you will:

  • Safely dismantle and decommission equipment and structures
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain a clean work environment
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in decommissioning or a related field
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Relevant certifications in decommissioning or safety (e.g., NEBOSH, CSCS)
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery
  • Previous experience in construction or engineering sectors
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practises

Technologies:

  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in decommissioning
  • Familiarity with safety monitoring and reporting technologies
