Our client is Private Equity backed business providing services to governing/healthcare bodies providing top class patient support. Approx 40 employees with growth plans for the future.
Description
- Developing and executing recruitment plans.
- Working with hiring managers to define job requirements and outline job postings.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Building relationships with potential candidates and creating a pipeline of talent.
- Utilising data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implementing new ATS system
Profile
A successful Resourcing / Recruitment Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role within the care sector or similar
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary package, around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Site based in Hull (HU4)
