Summary:Executive Business AssistantExclusively working with this family owned, dynamic group of companies to identity an Executive Business Assistant who will support the Managing Director and GM across 2 local sites.This business has seen a good level of growth in the last 12 months giving opportunity to get involved in more as they continue to grow.Exciting opportunity for a self-starter and proactive problem solver, someone who is flexible given the dynamic nature of the business and operations.The day to day will involve managing the Managing director’s diary, emails, calls and client management. Co-ordinating the flow information to senior leadership team. Travel and calendar management and planning. Providing accounting information for processing orders and invoicing across the group.
