They will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business and analysing data, refining processes, and contributing to business decisions that drive growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed financial reporting and cost analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate pricing structures and manage customer commission schemes.
  • Analyse sales and margin performance, providing commentary to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities, ensuring robust financial planning.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on capital expenditure projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc support across finance functions to maintain seamless operations.
  • Assess end-to-end supply chain performance to enhance profitability and pricing strategies.
Ideal Candidate:The successful Commercial Finance Analyst will possess:
  • A recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing finance environment, demonstrating an ability to operate within a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven organisational abilities with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with SAP would be advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
