- Own the annual budget and forecasting cycle for all commercial areas, including sales, margin, marketing and sales related overheads. Including review and presentation to CFO/CEO
- Manage weekly and monthly analytical reporting of sales and margin performance
- Own the month end process for all commercial areas providing insight and commentary for the monthly reporting packs
- Develop the commercial reporting and processes to be more ‘real time’ business insight
- Analyse and report on the impact of key marketing campaigns in generating sales activity in a changing market
- Attend the cross functional sales and operational planning meetings
- Partner the Directors on all commercial matters
- Lead the commercial finance function including a direct report
- Involvement in NPD process, working with design and sales team on pricing and margin reviews
- Provide financial modelling for various ad-hoc projects and business strategy
- Qualified either CIMA, ACCA or ACA or a Passed Finalist
- Ideally with commercial finance experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- As this is a business partnering role your communication skills and systems knowledge will be excellent
