Hours of working are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch - 35 hours per week). This role is fully office based. Deal with all enquiries via e-mail or telephone and respond to queries as appropriate.Organise outgoing mail on a daily basis.Ensure that all correspondence and documents are produced to a high standard. Locate and archive files.Carry out general administration of the filing system.Printing, scanning and photocopying as and when required. Full training will be given for the role. THE CANDIDATE:Experience working in a busy office environment is essential. Be organised and adaptable.Have strong attention to detail.Possess the ability to work independently and as a strong team player. Understand the importance of client satisfaction, data protection, confidentiality, and privacy.
