What you will be doing:
- Processing orders from customers received by email and telephone
- Respond to queries, (including technical) from customers via email and telephone.
- Drawing up quotes based on customer requirements
- Advising customers on the best technical way to meet their requirements
- Liaising with the shop floor manager regarding specifications, customer requirements and lead times.
We’re looking for:
- Experience speaking with customers over the telephone - good energy.
- Good computer literacy.
- Mechanically and technically minded
- Inquisitive
- Confidence to ask questions
