As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across schools in Hull, providing essential support to teachers and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom by supporting students' learning and engagement.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts.
- Help maintain an orderly and supportive classroom environment.
- Provide support to students with special educational needs, as required.
- Adapt quickly to new school settings and adhere to individual school policies.
- Assist with classroom preparation and resource management as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
