- Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers
- Ensure we’re fully compliant with relevant legislation in all countries
- Be responsible for bedding in a process for new international payrolls train up other Payroll Team members
- Be an escalation point for more complex issues
- Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
- Cover end to end processing of one UK payroll, including the total set up of new payrolls when needed
- Complete all UK year end procedures
- Deal with payroll queries from employees and external payroll providers
- Assist the Head of Payroll & Benefits with various ad-hoc administration tasks
- Minimum of three years’ experience working within a Payroll environment at senior level
- Experience processing international payrolls would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and develop team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure
- Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change
- Experience of working in a large, fast paced business
