Seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for our Hull site in the industrial/manufacturing industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of human resources practices. Stand alone covering 2 sites based in Hull reporting into the HR Director.

Description
- Oversee and manage a range of HR initiatives and programmes
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with department managers to understand and execute the organisations HR needs
- Conduct performance and wage reviews
- Develop and maintain HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Contribute to the development of a positive company culture
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of 32-40k + car allowance
- 4 days per week site based/1 day WFH
- Based on Hull site covering an additional site in East Yorkshire
