HR Advisor - Part-time - 29-30 hours per week

Salary: £35-£37k FTE plus 10% bonus

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Working hours: 9am-3pm or 10am-3pm Monday- Friday (Over 5 days)

Our client are a fast-paced, highly commercial business experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting time to join their team. We're seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support, with a strong focus on Employee Relations.

The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting managers across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handling employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance processes
  • Providing HR support for performance management, including appraisals and development planning
  • Assisting with various HR projects, such as policy reviews and process improvements

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
  • A passion for HR and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business
