The Role: We are seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to join our Technical Services team, providing 3rd line ICT support and ensuring operational effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach
- Problem-solving flair and methodical issue diagnosis
- Knowledge of Windows OS (Client and Server), including builds, upgrades, and maintenance
- Windows Server functions (Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS)
- Microsoft 365 services (Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams)
- Mobile device management across Apple and Android platforms
- Understanding of VMware and Hypervisor technologies
- Network services (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, Firewalls)
- Full driving license and access to own transport
- Security management solutions experience, including endpoint protection
- VoIP telephony systems experience
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS experience
- Intune / Workspace One Mobile Device Management
