Duties: The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and negotiating and drafting complex contracts. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in commercial property law. A strong track record of handling complex transactions and a thorough understanding of current property legislation is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as the role involves regular client interaction and collaboration with other legal professionals.

Salary: Subject to experience, up to £60,000 per annum
