- Ensure the timely unloading of incoming goods.
- Check incoming items for conformity with purchase orders, unpack, and label as required.
- Maintain stock in an orderly and safe manner.
- Process requisitions, issue stock as indicated, and complete relevant system transactions.
- Oversee the packing of systems ready for shipment at the designated time.
- Organise and assist with all stock-check processes, ensuring accurate stock records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly stores area.
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews to assess individual performance against company values, providing constructive feedback for continuous development.
- Support your team in the daily running of store operations.
- Champion and promote continuous site improvement initiatives.
- A good level of computer literacy – SAP experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong working knowledge of stores procedures and methods.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a stores or warehouse environment.
- Experience of Kanban systems is desired but not essential.
