- Ensuring Fleet and Warehouse compliance, accurate records and documentation for licences
- Conduct regular audits and inspections ensuring VOSA and ISO standards
- Maintaining fleet and property by reviewing composition, implementing maintenance schedules, monitoring PPM, negotiating of fuel deals
- Overseeing warehouse operations and overseeing procedures
- Managing stock levels and minimise discrepancies
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage team of drivers ensuring driving hours compliance, allocation and planning of schedules, and training
- Act as the site Health and Safety Officer, conducting regular risk assessments, implement safety measures and ensure adherence to regulations
- Reporting updates and KPI’s to CEO and Executive teams, manage budget for logistics department, utilise systems to optimise operations, implementation of KPI’s and compliance
- Valid Transport Manager CPC
- O License holder experience
- Experience in logistics and transport management
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulations related to transport, warehousing and property management
