Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate records and efficient inventory turnover.
  • Forklift Operation: Utilise reach and counterbalance forklift trucks to move and organise stock safely and efficiently.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all warehouse activities.
