Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on both mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and continuous improvements to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure high operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Qualified in Engineering Level 3 and above
- Ability to work effectively on a dayshift schedule (Monday to Friday).
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
