THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
Dealing with correspondence i.e. emails and letters.
Being the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and enquiries competently.
Drafting and formatting legal documents, contracts, and client correspondence.
Preparing and compiling court bundles and other legal documentation.
Organising printing when required.
Creating professional PowerPoint presentations, guaranteeing an elegant and engaging visual style.
Managing inboxes, calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
Coordinating travel arrangements (including bookings and itineraries).
Monitoring deadlines and following key dates.
Liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders.
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Managing stationery, equipment, and ensuring meeting rooms are maintained and well-stocked.
Supporting IT and facilities management as needed.
Organising and sustaining electronic files.
Keeping the case management system up to date.
Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries if required.
Assisting with invoicing and billing processes.
Tracking client payments and liaising with accounts regarding outstanding invoices.
Helping with business development duties such as preparing marketing materials and coordinating events.
General ad-hoc administrative duties.
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience as a PA, Legal Secretary or Office Administrator in a legal or professional services environment.
Strong organisation, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong IT skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Experience with legal case management systems is desirable but not essential.
