We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator / Receptionist to join a vibrant secondary school in Hull. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and enjoys working in an educational environment. The position is available for an immediate start on a short-term basis.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the school reception, handling enquiries from students, parents, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring all communications are directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in the administration of student records and data management using the school's information systems.
  • Support the organisation and administration of school events and activities.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Handle mail / deliveries and manage office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative or reception roles, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and email.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
