Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse employee base
  • Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and benefits
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll policies
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
