Role: Property Operations ManagerEmployment type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: HullSalary: £28,000 to £31,000 Working closely with the General Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee the management of a residential property portfolio and a 48-room hotel. The role focuses on promoting best practices, ensuring compliance, and driving growth within the organisation. The role is based in Hull and will work Monday to Friday predominantly.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services, ensuring high standards and resolving guest issues. * Manage residential rental properties, including tenant relations, viewings, tenancy start/end processes, inspections, and maintenance coordination. * Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain strong communication with clients and tenants, and handle complaints professionally. * Support staff management, including hiring, training, performance management, and rota scheduling. * Perform property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and manage both planned and reactive maintenance. Requirements:* Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Flexibility to work weekends as required.
