Our Impact Academy provides first-class training designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant.
Your Role
During your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Create professional CV profiles for marketing to clients.
- Work closely with our sales team to drive candidate placements.
- Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
- Earn commission for your contributions at every stage.
Support and Mentorship
From day one, you'll have the support of your team manager, expert trainers, and a personal mentor. Learn from some of the most successful consultants in education recruitment as you develop your skills and confidence.
What's Next?
After completing your first year, you'll move to a dedicated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
