Key Responsibilities of Unqualified Teacher: 

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.

  • Support students in their academic development and engagement with lessons.
  • Provide feedback to the school staff regarding student progress and participation.
  • Adapt to different classroom settings and maintain a high standard of teaching. 

Requirements for the role of Unqualified Teacher: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification is not mandatory. 
  • Previous experience in teaching or classroom management is advantageous. 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills. 
  • A flexible and proactive approach to working in diverse school environments. 
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
