Hours: Full time 40 hours per week,Monday- Friday but flexibility needed for role

Introduction:
P4 are working with a client, who are dedicated to offering outstanding care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. We are on the lookout for a Manager to run two of our beautiful supported living homes And support service users and staff.
About The Role
- Managing 2 homes with 5/6 service users in each home.
- Updating care plans and risk assessments.
- Organising service users days.
- Ensuring payroll and rotas are completed.
- Working with external professionals.
- week and shift cover may be required when on-call.
About you
Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?This is an opportunity for a pro-active Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our residential living scheme in Hull.
You will need:• Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.• Hold or be willing to work towards a NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or have a suitable alternative qualification• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all• The ideal candidate will be able to drive due to the needs of the service but not essential.
