About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Assist teachers in creating and delivering tailored lesson plans that address individual learning requirements.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to build student confidence and encourage engagement.
- Support classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain effective communication with students, teachers, and parents, offering constructive updates as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN.
- Genuine passion for supporting SEN students and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, adaptable approach to student needs.
- Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential if you have relevant classroom experience).
- Flexibility on working schedules.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
