A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Hungerford & Newbury area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy fresh food country inn. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The role is working 45 hours a week and the pub can offer free live in.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Kitchen Management duties
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook meals for service
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or chef de partie in a Restaurant or Pub cookingh fresh produce
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
